Gina Delimari's professional experience is exceptional, having honed her many skills through several impressive roles culminating in decades of experience and many impactful contributions.
In the period from 1990 to 2011, Gina assumed the role of Executive Lead for the Government of British Columbia. During this time, she took charge of corporate projects, diligently working to implement the government's vision. Her responsibilities ranged from developing policy and resolving disputes to increasing economic activity and lessening fiscal plan impacts. Gina became adept at managing negotiations and engagement with various stakeholders, including industry representatives, other levels of government, First Nations, and the public. Her analytical skills and advice proved invaluable, especially in navigating through high-profile issues.
Transitioning into a new phase, from 2012 to 2017, Gina embraced the freedom of independent contracting work. During this period, her expertise was sought after in providing strategic advice, business planning, dispute resolution, facilitation, stakeholder consultation, and strategic HR management services. Gina focused particularly on the healthcare and utilities sectors, lending her insights to diverse projects within these industries.
From 2017 to 2020, Gina Delimari assumed the mantle of Executive Director for the Government of British Columbia. Here, she led the charge in developing a comprehensive strategic consultation and multi-sector engagement strategy. The overarching goal was to heighten awareness and understanding of reconciliation among the citizens of British Columbia. Gina also took the lead in corporate initiatives, overseeing succession planning, training, development, and change management. Her adept direction was evident in activities related to the provincial environmental assessment process. Notably, she skillfully established strategic relationships and navigated complex legal and regulatory issues, often in high-risk scenarios involving industry executives, First Nations, other levels of government, Crown corporations, and stakeholders.
Her focus now lies in mediating workplace dynamics, business partnerships, and property disputes, encompassing both residential and commercial real estate. Beyond conflict resolution, Gina actively facilitates planning sessions among service delivery providers, promoting greater collaboration and operational efficiencies. She is also dedicated to providing conflict resolution training, professional development, and outreach services. Through each phase of her career, Gina's dedicated time reflects a commitment to excellence and a versatile skill set that spans across various sectors.
