Professional Experience

With over ten years of experience in conflict resolution and mediation, I have developed a strong foundation in managing disputes, coaching individuals, and facilitating productive dialogues across diverse sectors, including corporate, non-profit, and community-based environments. My career has provided me with a broad range of mediation experiences, from leading high-stakes corporate negotiations to assisting families in resolving complex personal disputes.

I have successfully mediated over 175 matters, both as a sole mediator and in co-mediation, handling cases in-person and virtually. My role as a Conflict Management Practitioner has involved guiding clients through each stage of the mediation process, conducting intakes, researching applicable case law, and facilitating discussions that result in mutually agreed-upon resolutions. I also provide coaching at various stages of mediation, helping individuals and families address ongoing conflicts with practical tools for managing disputes constructively.

In addition to mediation, I have extensive experience designing and delivering training programs on conflict resolution and communication. As a former instructor and co-program coordinator, I have empowered students with the skills to resolve conflicts in their personal and academic lives, as well as mentoring law students through live mediations as part of a small claims court program.

My leadership roles in the non-profit and corporate sector have further enriched my ability to build collaborative relationships and manage conflict in organizational settings. From overseeing community outreach efforts to managing stakeholder engagement, I have consistently applied my mediation and conflict resolution expertise to foster positive change within the organizations I serve.

I am passionate about promoting peace, collaboration, and understanding and continue to expand my skills in virtual mediation and conflict management to meet the evolving needs of clients in an increasingly digital world.
